HISSIS environmental management system will apply for ISO 14001 certification in China. It covers all offices and all areas of the factory. We aim to keep sustainable development and become a good example. The whole life cycle of the product should be as environmentally friendly as possible.

Environmental Protection Policy

Energy resources environmental protection policy The central point for a company’s action is to further expand the protection of the environment in all processes and procedures. So that a company can continuously optimize its environmental protection. HISSIS is committed to protecting and maintaining a livable environment. We are very glad to take social responsibility and gradually become carbon neutral company. In order to reduce the unavoidable environmental burden, we hope to further reduce energy resource consumption and improve its effects in using. Our aims are to achieve improvements in energy efficiency, reductions in energy consumption, carbon dioxide neutralization and climate environmental protection. If we can, we would like to do it better, even beyond our promise.

Employees also regard environmental protection as an important part of their work, and through prudent and responsible actions, ensure that environmental protection is practiced and promoted at all levels of HISSIS.

ROHS and Non-Pb compliance

European Directive 2011/65/EU (formerly 2002/95/EC) deals with the reduction of hazardous substances (RoHS) in electrical and electronic equipment and came into force on 1 July 2006.
On 4 June 2015, this was supplemented by an amendment to Annex II of Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS II) by authorizing Directive 2015/863/EU (RoHS 3).
HISSIS supplies all dry lubricated steel balls, coating process from lead to silver plating.
The following substances are affected by the Pollutants Directive:
• Lead (0.1%) • Mercury (0.1%)• Cadmium (0.01%)• Hexavalent chromium (Cr VI) (0.1%) • Polybrominated biphenyl (POLYbrominated biphenyl) (0.1%) • Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) (0.1%) • Bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (0.1%)• Butyl benzyl Phthalate (BBP) (0.1%)• Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) (0.1%) • Diiso-butyl Phthalate (DIBP) (0.1%) All HYSSIS products comply with directives 2011/65/EU (RoHS II) and 2015/863/EU (RoHS 3)

REACH compliance

REACH aims to better protect people, animals and the environment from harmful chemicals. Anyone whose company, in any form, puts more than one tonne of chemicals on the European market each year is subject to REACH.
HISIS produces only non-chemical products. We are in close contact with suppliers and can confirm that a small number of process chemicals required to produce HISSIS products are either not affected by REACH or have been pre-registered by chemical suppliers.
According to the third party test, our products do not contain substances higher than the limits listed in ECHA's current list.
HISSIS products are neither chemicals nor mixtures of substances, but mental products. Therefore, registration, assessment or approval under REACH 1907/2006 and preparation of safety data sheets under Article 31 and Annex II or under Amendment 2015/830.
